  • Private Equity Funds: Capital Transfer of a minimum of EUR 500,000 in a non-real estate collective investment entity 

  • Cultural Donation

    • Donation of a minimum of EUR 250,000 for National Heritage Preservation 

    • Donation of a minimum of EUR 500,000 for scientific research 


Including Family Members

  • Spouse and Common-law partner 

  • Unmarried children under 26 years, in full-time education and financially dependent on the main applicant

  • Parents or parents-in-law over 65 years old

  • Age: Main applicant must be at least 18 years old 

  • Investment: A minimum qualifying investment is required

  • Eligibility: Applicants must be of good character and health, with no criminal record 

  • Due Diligence: All applicants are subject to background checks
