Investment Options
Lease of Residential Property: Lease of EUR 14,000 per annum for at least 5 years. Additional mandatory Government Contribution of EUR 97,000 and a EUR 2,000 Charitable donation to a registered approved NGO organization
Purchase of Property: Purchase of a property with a minimum value of EUR 375,000. Additional mandatory Government Contribution of EUR 97,000 and a EUR 2,000 Charitable donation to a registered approved NGO organization

Who Can Apply?
Age: Main applicant must be at least 18 years old
Investment: A minimum qualifying investment is required
Eligibility: Applicants must be of good character and health, with no criminal record
Due Diligence: All applicants are subject to background checks
Additional: Must demonstrate EUR 500,000 in assets with at least EUR 150,000 in financial assets or EUR 650,000 with at least EUR 75,000 in financial assets.
