Investment Option

• Real Estate:

  • Purchase of a converted property from commercial to residential valued at a minimum of EUR 250,000

  • Purchase of a single property valued at a minimum of EUR 400,000, which is at least 120 sq.m outside the high-demand areas

  • Purchase of a single property valued between EUR 500,000 and EUR 800,000, which is at least 120 sq.m inside the high-demand areas, with a population of 3,100
